We currently have some amazing desk space available on the 2nd floor of our beautiful office in Surry Hills.
Our office is located in the heart of Surry Hills and walking distance to World Square, Hyde Park and Central Station.
We are located minutes away from local iconic eateries such as Chin Chin, Butter, Nomad & Paramount Coffee Project.
Level 2 has an abundance of natural light and large windows throughout.
There is a large shared meeting room & shared kitchen on Level 2.
We are happy to provide WIFI and printer usage as additional outgoings.
Access to the floor is via elevator or stairs and can only be accessed via security swipe outside office hours.
The office is cleaned 5 times a week, however during COVID-19 the common areas are cleaned throughout the day also.
There are shared end of trip facilities and security cameras at all street entrances.
The rent for one desk is from $700/month plus outgoings.
