We have space in our office that is being underutilised. We would like to offer this space to another professional who doesn't need or want to enter into a lease. The desk is a corner desk in a quiet area of the office. There are kitchen facilities available. The office is air-conditioned, with lift access and paid parking. The office has two people working out of it currently, so the work area is quiet. We are very flexible to work with, so if you would like to make changes to where the desk is located, that is no problem. WiFi is available and needed.

We are a financial services business. Located in the heart of Wollongong, we have been operating for over 15 years. There are only two other people in the office. so the office is quiet. We can also arrange for someone to be at the reception desk to greet your clients, if necessary.
