Our 5th level office is located on Ogilvie Road. Rates are affordable and the partition-style (3/4 wall) office spaces are fully furnished.
The space is inclusive of the following:
• Rental of office space (each 2m x 3m, with ¾ wall)
• High quality furniture provided for you including executive desk and return, filing cabinet, executive style
chair, waste paper basket and desk accessories.
• All outgoings, including air-conditioning, heating, electricity
• High speed internet
• Meeting room, holds 2 – 5 people, booked via a shared calendar. The meeting room has views of the Swan
River
• Print area, with printing and copying at cost
• End-of-trip at the ground floor
• $1000 + GST per individual space, or $2000 + GST for both spaces
• Low cost, paid parking area
• Kitchen area with coffee, tea and chilled filtered water.
• Clean of office once a week
• Secure access 24/7, Monday to Sunday
• Spacious reception area with admin person to greet guests (this team member is pending)
