We are a group of professionals currently sharing a large, open plan co-working space at 280 Pitt St. Right by Town Hall station and just 2 mins walk to QVB, Hyde Park, World Square and Darling Harbour depending on which direction you're heading!

We have businesses in law, recruitment, catering and hospitality, telecoms, architecture, customer service and IT. Our office has 32 desks and we have 6 left to rent out.

The office features:

Reception, a large boardroom and a smaller meeting room plus kitchen and break-out space (all included in the weekly rent).

Hotel style facilities that are free to use including 25m lap pool, sauna, spa, extensive gym and showers (towels provided)

The space is furnished with desks, chairs and pedestals (although if you are coming as a group and want to reconfigure with your own things you're welcome we to). Access is 24/7. Internet is wired to every desk and wifi, and printing and all utilities are included in your weekly rent.

There's no lease or minimum term required - we just ask for rent paid monthly with a one month bond payable as security for one month notice if/when you want to leave.

We can also offer a small discount if you want more than one desk.
