We have 2 private offices within a larger space available to rent.

Both are approx. 17sqm, very light and airy, space to fit in 2-4 desks. Looking for $120 per week for the space (NOT per desk). Price will go up if more people are using the space to cover maintenance and utilities, but still very inexpensive compared to "rent a desk" options. We can supply the desks and office chairs for a small fee.

There are currently 2 other businesses in the office (1 x marketing, 1 x kids sports), with a shared kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location on 250 Mann Street, right by Gosford train station and all of the cafes within Gosford.

1 car parking space can be included depending on the days you'll be coming in otherwise there is other free parking nearby (or the train right opposite the office!)
