•All outgoings, including air conditioning, heating, electricity, rates, building insurance, cleaning - even after hours use of air conditioning and electricity - is included!!
•Custom made high quality furniture provided for you including executive desk and return, credenza or filing cabinet, executive style chair, two visitor chairs, waste paper basket, and telephone.
•Modern spacious reception area with professional, friendly staff for that first impression.
•Reception service support is provided with professional telephone answering in your company’s name, greeting and announcing your clients and mail collection.
•Meeting Room - seating two to six, which is complimentary for one hour daily to all our tenants.
•Twenty-four hour monitored security of all common areas - feel safe when working late - 7 days access.
•End of Trip facilities
•Kitchen/Lunchroom, allowing you to have a relaxing break from your work with unlimited coffee, tea and chilled filtered water.
•Smoke Free Zone throughout the Centre.

Additional Services

• Board Room - available by the hour @ $65.00 or $295.00 per day with state-of-the-art equipment including TV/Video, Overhead Projector, Whiteboard, etc.
• The latest telephone system with up-to-date features, including voicemail, diversion capabilities, and hands-free handsets @ $60.00 per line/ per month - connection fee applies.
• Intercom Service - $15.00 per month – connection fee applies.
• Our staff’s skills are kept up-to-date with the latest technology and software from basic word processing to more complex databases and desktop publishing.
• Should you require any of their services, charges are on a per-user basis.
• Access to our modern range of equipment includes; photocopying and printing in black and white and colour, scanner, facsimile machine, etc. – charged on a needs basis.
• Broadband – Fibre Optics - Eternal terminated - Full duplex, Dedicated 10mb connection - (NO traffic charges- Unlimited Usage) @ $125.00 per month - Connection fee applies.
