We are excited to offer a large room featuring a stylish boardroom table that comfortably accommodates 6-8 people - perfect for meetings and collaborative sessions.

This suite is designed to be its own office and therefore has it's own address and mail box at the entry of the building. The 20.2 square metre space boasts its own external entry door, providing easy access, along with an internal sliding door that connects to our office space. A privacy curtain can be pulled across when the room is occupied.

Included in the rental is high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, and heating/air conditioning for your comfort. You'll also have access to a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for presentations or entertainment. Additionally, feel free to utilise our office's fridge and kettle. We also have a printer/scanner that can be used within reason. The building features a communal kitchen on the same floor equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery for your convenience. There's also a male and female bathroom, and unisex shower on our floor.

Our team is a fun, creative party of 4 who work hard, but also enjoy socialising and collaborating. We work in the office Monday-Thursday, however often the team are out on shoots or in client meetings externally. Friday's we work from home. The space is connected to our office, so although it is private with glass sliding doors, you may still hear some of our discussion noise. We would always be mindful of this when you're occupying the room.
